PERSONAL PROJECT: PREDATOR MASK

This was a personal project, which I was trying to challenge myself to finish it in a week's time. My mum has also been a fan of the Predator series and so I had the idea to do the mask.

The mask was first sculpted with clay, after which I did a plaster mould. When the mould was ready, I did a cold cast of aluminium filler and resin. Buffed it down and I started dirtying it down to give the after-battle look.  With the inscriptions at the top of the mask, I painted it in green to allow them to stand out a bit more.
